The Frankfurt/Germany based digital full-service agency triplesense designed for their customer experiences with digital touch points: At the center of the digital solutions from websites, portals, applications or campaigns are always the user experience for consumers.

Since 1999 under the leadership of managing shareholders Katajoun Parandian-Kurz and Juliet Saswito are 50 employees engaged for clients such as Vorwerk, Fraport AG, RMV, BASF, Fraunhofer-Institut IAIS, EURO card systems, Suzuki, Deutsche Bahn or Neckermann to achieve the best results. The 2010 annual turnover are € 3.9 million.

Challenges

As a digital agency with a strong focus on technical services in the areas of website portals, e-commerce and individual solutions, we’re delighted to have found an effective software solution like Neoload. We used to create, run and analyze performance tests with a lot of manpower before we discovered Neoload. Now, we can concentrate on designing and customizing special characteristics for the test. The time saved allows us to optimize server and application settings in the pre-test phase. This enables us to deliver better results to our clients more quickly.

The various monitoring possibilities allow us to detect bottle necks and potential problems quickly. Our clients are very pleased by Neoload’s consistent presentation of results, which we can easily use as a base for our own load test documentation.
